This website does not set its own cookies, does not run advertising, and does not operate its own analytics or tracking scripts at the time of writing. There is no account system on this site and no newsletter signup currently collecting addresses.

Third-party requests the site makes

Web fonts

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google's servers, which receives your IP address and standard request headers as part of serving those files.

Ask Ghost Town

When you submit a question through Ask Ghost Town, the question text and the planning details you select (species, month, trip length, time horizon) are sent to Ghost Town's hosted backend in order to generate an answer. Do not include personal or sensitive information in the question field.

Hosting

Like any website, the service hosting these pages may keep standard server request logs.

What Ghost Town does not do
